BAKU SUMMER ENERGY SCHOOL (BSES) is an annual two-week certificate program held in July by Institute for Development and Diplomacy of ADA University in partnership with the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR). It brings together world-renowned scholars, academicians, and policy makers to examine and gain a better understanding of the global and Caspian energy affairs.

The 18th BSES will be held at the ADA University campus, Baku Azerbaijan and for the first time in Tbilisi, Georgia during 8-19 July 2024.
